All of our products are only produced after the payment is successful. It will take 3-5 business days (from February to Octoberand 3-7 business days (from November to January) to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day. Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).

It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.

***At the moment, all ColdTrackDays Store’s products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we’ve been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.
For items that ship from our overseas supplier, there’s typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it’s processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2-7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 days. ***
Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:
  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
  • Large or Bulky Items
  • Shipping Provider Error

RISK-FREE SHOPPING:

If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

SHIPPING POLICY:

ColdTrackDays Store is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

ColdTrackDays Store will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and…

The customer refuses to accept the package

Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

ColdTrackDays Store reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

DAMAGES:
ColdTrackDays is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS POLICY:

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  2. Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing [email protected] with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  3. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
